Mr. Krishna Rao has garnered extensive experience in directing mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, collaborations, conducting legal due diligence, ESOP, drafting agreements, and rendering opinions on diverse issues under the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, and NBFC.
